Larry Dean Hall, 82
Larry Dean Hall, 82, passed away at home Friday, March 29, 2024, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
Larry was born in Dunseith, N.D., on Feb. 20, 1942. He lived there until he was 14 and moved to Bonners Ferry where he graduated high school.
He married Marilyn Behrman and had two children, Mike and Robin. They later divorced. Larry met Shelby Cowley and they spent the last 28 years together.
Larry had many jobs. He started working in a mine and then went on to manage cattle ranches in Montana. He returned to Bonners Ferry working for Clint Kimball and Redi-Mix, driving truck, retiring at age 70. Larry was most proud of helping with the restoration of the “Little White Church” in Paradise Valley. He always had horses and loved cowboying.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gib and Dede Hall; and a brother, Jerry Hall. Survivors include Shelby Cowley and her son, Beau (Kami); two grandchildren, Lillian and Maggie; son Mike Hall; daughter Robin Koehler; two brothers, Roland (Linda) Hall and Dewey (Brenda) Hall; two nephews, Aaron (Desiree) Hall and Adam (Christine) Hall.
