NICA open house set for May 1
North Idaho Classical Academy will be located on the former site of Boulder Creek Academy, a now-defunct residential care and treatment facility for troubled children of affluent parents.

The former Boulder Creek Academy is the future home of the North Idaho Classical Academy. An open house and informational meeting will be held May 1 at 6 p.m.
Slated to open in 2025, the school purchased the property in 2023 and continues the planning phase which was in motion long before acquiring the property.
NICA is a tuition-free, public, American classical charter school. The school will start with kindergarten through sixth grade and then add a grade each year up until the 12th grade.
