PREP Golf: Girls win three out of four matches on the road
WORLEY — Braylyn Bayer shot a perfect round at 72, earning individual medalist honors and leading Bonners Ferry girls golf to another first place team victory at the Circling Raven Golf Course on Tuesday.
The Badgers finished 62 over par, with Avery Bayer taking second place at 77 strokes. Priest River took second at 398.
The Badger boys finished fifth out of 11 teams, with Chago Jimenez taking tenth with 89 strokes.

TWIN LAKES — Twin sisters Braylyn and Avery Bayer took first and second place at the Twin Lakes Golf Course on Tuesday, with 86 strokes each and leading the Badgers to another team victory.
The Badger girls led second place Freeman by 10 strokes.
The event, originally the second Intermountain League match between Timberlake and Bonners Ferry, became an “IML and Friends” event with the addition of Genesis Prep and Freeman’s girls.
Genesis Prep won the boys contest with 341 strokes, and Byron Hammett won individual medalist at 77 strokes. Genesis Prep golfers also took second and third.
Eli Blackmore again led the Badgers taking fourth at 89 strokes.

SPOKANE — Bonners Ferry girls golf finished two strokes behind first place on April 19 Northcutt/ Mount Spokane Invite at Wandermere Golf Course.
Seniors Braylyn and Avery Bayer finished with a tied score of 82 and had a card off to break the tie, with Avery finishing in seventh and Braylyn in 8th.
Nollie Hiatt earned a personal best, shooting 100 and Callie Bateman had 117. The Badgers finished second out of 25 teams.
EUREKA — Bonners Ferry girls golf won with a score of 198 over par and beating out the number two team by 98 strokes at the two day Lincoln County golf tournament Indian Springs Ranch and Wilderness Club on April 18.
Braylyn Bayer took first place medalist at 157 strokes, and Avery Bayer took second at 159 strokes for Bonners Ferry.
The boys placed fifth at 183 over par. Eli Blakcmore led the Badgers taking seventh with 169 strokes.

POST FALLS — Avery Bayer was the individual medalist at the Genesis Prep Invite on April 10, with 73 strokes, leading the Bonners Ferry girls golf team to first place.
Braylyn Bayer took second at 77 strokes, taking second place. Eli Blackmore lead the Badger boys with 87 strokes. The boys finished in third place
