Two Brews provides fun atmosphere along food and drinks

BONNERS FERRY — “Two Brews Coffee Co aims to provide a safe, fun atmosphere with amazing food and drinks for the community and those traveling through our slice of heaven,” co-owners Kailey Gardin and Jessica Stolley said.

Two Brew Coffee Co, a drive-thru coffee stand just off U.S. 95 on the south end of Bonners Ferry, is easily accessible to all vehicles. 

“We provide a place to sit and eat or drink and let the kids play,” Gardin said. The stand also features a recreational spot that includes beach volleyball, cornhole, a kid's playset and picnic tables for anyone to enjoy. As, well as pebble-style ice for cold drinks. 

What makes them stand off from the other coffee stands is their creative and large menu options, ranging from breakfast and lunch options, baked goods, wraps, salads, an extensive drink menu and the one-and-only flavor-burst ice cream. 

“We have drinks galore, fresh fruit smoothies, energy drinks or tea, we serve Doma Coffee, timed and weighed to the perfect shot of espresso,” Stolley said. 

“We have so many delish and creative options to try and something for everyone,” Gardin said. “We plan to continue to contribute to our communities' events and organizations as often as possible.” 

The duo grew up together as best friends and always dreamt of owning a coffee stand.  

“This has been a passion project we have looked forward to bringing to life for years,” Stolley said. “We love to travel together and over the years have found so many great ideas that we knew we could put our own spin on and create a really fun and exciting menu.” 

“We wanted to provide a place for anyone and everyone to enjoy,” Gardin said.  

When it comes to the customer’s experience, Two Brews wants everyone to feel like family when they come by the window, as they truly care about the quality of the experience and every item handed out.  

“There are a lot of great places to get a good cup of coffee in our community, however, we bring a wide variety of food and drinks and emphasize providing new options frequently. 

Their goals for their first year are to grow and offer whatever the community needs, Stolley and Gardin said. They aim to be involved with the local events and organizations and to put a smile on the face of everyone who comes to visit. 

"We are grateful for this community, our family and friends,” Stolley said. “Everyone who has helped us along the way to make this dream possible,” Gardin said. “We couldn't do it without all of you.”
