New Central Line Café at BCH
BONNERS FERRY — The grand opening of the newly transformed Central Line Café, offers patients, staff, and the entire community a delightful dining experience with a focus on healthy, fresh, and affordable food at the Boundary Community Hospital.
BCH is committed to providing exceptional care that extends beyond medical services. Recognizing the importance of a positive dining experience, the hospital partnered with Thomas Cuisine, a renowned regional provider, to elevate the Central Line Café. This collaboration leverages the expertise of Thomas Cuisine while retaining dedicated BCH Nutrition Services staff.
“We are thrilled to offer our patients, staff, and the community a vibrant new dining option,” Bryce Cordle, Chief Nursing Officer said. “The Central Line Café prioritizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals at affordable prices. This reflects our commitment to supporting the community and fostering a positive and nourishing environment for everyone.”
To celebrate the cafe's transformation, BCH is hosting a grand opening event on August 8-9 from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. for breakfast, and 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. for lunch.
The café will be open Monday through Friday and is located in the cafeteria of the Boundary Community Hospital at 6640 Kaniksu Street, Bonners Ferry.
