Family grieves infant’s passing, fundraising funeral expenses

| August 29, 2024 1:00 AM

A local newborn has passed, and her family are fundraising for funeral expenses.

On June 24, Hadrianna Joy Teutsch entered this world and made parents of Hannah and Adrian Teutsch. On Monday, Aug. 26 she passed away in her sleep, at 2 months old.

“She will be deeply missed by family and friends,” the family wrote on GoFundMe, a crowd-sourcing fundraising site. “There are just no words, but I know we are all looking for ways to surround this family.”

“If any of you knew her for the short time, we were all blessed with her presence you would know she was such a ray of sunshine in everyone’s life,” Adrian Teutsch wrote.

Hope House of Boundary County is collecting clothing for Hannah and Adrian, who are tight for funds.

Adrian needs fall and winter weight clothes for the mill. He wears size large shirts, 36 x 36 pants and size 11 1/2 shoes or boots.

Hannah wears small or medium shirts, size 8 or medium pants and size 9 1/2 or 10 shoes.

Items for donation can be dropped off at Hope House at the Bonners Ferry location, 6389 Bonner St.
