SEASON OPENER: Badgers set groundwork for season at River Run

POST FALLS — Kylie Calderone took seventh in the freshman and sophomore girls race with a time of 14:42.8 at the Post Falls River Run the season-opening meet held Saturday at Kiwanis Park.
The two-mile course sets the groundwork for what should be an exciting season for Bonners Ferry. Each race was divided by grade level and gender.
In the upperclassman race, Matisyn Stiern, a junior finished in ninth with a time of 14:32.9.
