| December 12, 2024 1:00 AM

The 2024 Festival of Trees silent auction at Boundary Community Hospital is set to close bidding on Friday, Dec. 13 at 1 p.m. sharp.

Beautifully decorated trees, each with a theme and lots of goodies, are on display in the hospital’s outpatient lobby. The trees are available for bids in the annual silent auction that benefits the Fry Healthcare Foundation.

The Fry Healthcare Foundation is a non-profit agency dedicated to collecting and dispersing funds, goods, and services to meet the ongoing needs of BCH and Extended Care Facility. The foundation has already contributed $91,532.35.

Each tree has been adopted by a participating department and has been put together with the help of donations from both the community and BCH employees.

The bidding is open to the public and bids can be placed in person or online at Fry Healthcare Foundation Events Facebook page.

The BCH outpatient lobby is located at 6640 Kaniksu St., Bonners Ferry
