Snow and below zero wind chill forecasted

Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 but locally up to 3 to 7 inches over the mountains is forecasted. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 to 35 below zero as possible across the Idaho Panhandle and Inland Northwest.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued from Thursday at 4 a.m. until Friday at 4 a.m.
Travel could be very difficult and hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
