BFHS hosts Backwoods Brawl

FINAL UPDATE: Due to inclement weather and forecasted road conditions, the annual Backwoods Brawl Spirit competition has been rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 20. Games will be at the following times: Wrestling, 9 a.m.; Boy Basketball, 11 a.m.; and Girl Basketball,1 p.m.
It was inaccurately announced over social media that the game had been moved to Monday.
The Badgers are hosting this year’s Backwoods Brawl at Bonners Ferry High School. The Brawl — a multi-sport event, cheer and band contest, and overall spirit competition — is against Intermountain league opponent Timberlake. Mark your calendars for Friday, Jan 19, because this is an event you won’t want to miss. Tickets are on sale at the BFHS office during normal school hours and are limited for this event for each school.
