FHF cornhole tournament returns
BONNERS FERRY — Cornhole for a cause and offering prize money at this year's Fry Healthcare Foundation Cornhole Tournament returns as part of Kootenai River Days on July 20.
A maximum of 32 teams will compete in the social team category. The registration fee is $60 per team with first place taking $200, second winning $150 and third winning $75.
The competitive courts category will have a maximum of 16 teams of two, costing $80 per team. First place will win $300, second $200, and third place $100.
The mission of the Fry Healthcare Foundation is to serve as a nonprofit agency dedicated to collecting and disbursing funds, goods, and services to meet the ongoing needs of Boundary Community Hospital and Extended Care Facility.
Teams of two can sign up online at the Boundary Community Hospital website. No substitutions for teammates can be made once the competition begins.
