BFVC hosting Fourth spay and neutering clinic
BONNERS FERRY—The fourth trap-neuter-return spay and neuter clinic at Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic is scheduled for Saturday, March 9.
In order to cut the county’s feral cat issue off at the pass BFVC is hosting TNR clinics monthly. Those interested in participating must call the clinic for an appointment.
So far 97 cats have been sterilized.
Linda Hall co-owner at BFVC said a large number of cats from Troy and Libby are expected this Saturday.
"We have many Montana clients who have contributed to the Buddy Hall Memorial Fund so we have opened this service to them," she said.
$20 cash payment per cat must be paid prior to the procedure. Those with live traps must enter at the backdoor.
Cat drop off starts at 8:15 a.m. with pick up at 12:45 p.m. Paperwork is required for those on their first visit.
Sterilizations are offered at a lower price, due to the donations to the Buddy Hall Memorial Fund, named after the Hall family's beloved cat.
Please call the clinic in advance at 208-267-7502 before coming with cats. Live traps are also available at the clinic.
