BCH Auxiliary annual Pi Day Pie sale
BONNERS FERRY — Celebrate a sweet slice of National Pi Day while supporting a great cause, the Boundary Community Hospital Auxiliary will host its annual Pie Sale on Thursday, March 14.
The pie sale is open from 9 a.m. until sold out at the VFW Hall in Bonners Ferry. The pies usually run out by noon.
This delicious event is the BCH Auxiliary’s main fundraiser of the year. Treat yourself to a variety of homemade pies, from classic fruit flavors to decadent cream pies – there’s something for everyone’s taste buds.
Enjoy a slice and a cup of coffee on-site, or take a whole pie home to share.
If you’re a talented baker and would like to donate a pie to support this wonderful cause, please clearly label your pie with the type of pie for easy identification. Pies can be dropped off at the VFW Hall starting at 8 a.m. on March 14.
The BCH Auxiliary works tirelessly to support Boundary Community Hospital. Thanks to the generosity of our community, the Auxiliary has recently purchased:
• An Infant Resuscitator for our Emergency Department
• Lights with Magnifiers for Extended Care Facility residents
• A Surgical Otoscope for the Emergency Department
• A tablet with a keyboard for residents to use for face-to-face visits with family members
• A large mirror for the Rehab Department gym
• Carts for the Housekeeping Department
Mark your calendars for March 14 and join the Boundary Community Hospital Auxiliary for a fun and delicious Pi Day celebration.
