Red, White, & Blue, This Fair’s For You

The Boundary County Fair may not be taking place until late summer, but organizing and fundraising for the event has already started. Among those efforts are supporter and sponsorship opportunities for 2024, fair officials said.

This year’s theme is “Red, White & Blue, This Fair’s For You.” Fair time is the time that the whole county comes together to showcase the work of local 4-H and FFA youth as well as the work of other community members, officials said.

There will also be agricultural, historical, and commercial exhibits, and may take advantage of quality fair entertainment for fairgoers to enjoy. 

The Boundary County Fair Board and the Boundary County Extension Office work together to put on the fair each year and part of this work is seeking out support from the community businesses and individuals. 

There are several ways that you can support the Boundary County Fair. The fair board announced that any amount of support is appreciated and will be recognized publicly at the fair, on its website, and social media sites. 

The supporter levels are as follows.

• Fair supporter — donations of up to $250. Names will be listed on the website and social media. Blue ribbon supporter — donations from $251 to $500. Names of individuals and businesses will be listed on a supporter sign in a prime location on the fairgrounds as well as on the website and social media.

• Reserve champion supporter — donations from $501 to $1,000. The names of individuals and businesses will be printed on a free sign to be displayed in a prime location on the fairgrounds as well as on the website and social media.

• Grand champion supporter — donations of $1,001 and above. The names of individuals and businesses will be printed on two free signs to be displayed in a prime location on the fairgrounds as well as on the website and social media.

• For sponsors who choose to renew their membership, their signs will be stored and hung by the fair each year.

• Entertainment Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Your name or business logo will be printed on a vinyl sign (provided by you),placed on the stage/venue of the event which you sponsor. Your business name/logo will also be included in the promotional materials distributed for the event you sponsor, as well as the website/social media sites. The following events are available for your business to sponsor. 

• Copper Mountain Band ($5,000) 

This  concert will be Wednesday night in conjunction with the Corn Hole Tournament.)

• Buffalo Speed Way, Saturday night concert ($2,500)

The fair will take place Aug. 6-10, 2024, at the Boundary County Fairgrounds. 

Fair organizers have expressed gratitude for the support received from businesses and individuals in the past, and are hoping for continued support in the future.
