Sophomore pitcher Jack Woods is named Athlete of the Week for Badger baseball. Last week the southpaw pitched 6.1 innings, giving up four hits, four runs, while striking out five and walking two.
Woods also plays second base and went three of 10 at the plate last week.
“He’s coachable, a great kid and very competitive,” Bonners Ferry head coach Tom Turpin said.
