Sheriff’s debate was respectful, informative

I attended the Boundary County Sheriff’s Debate which was held on Wednesday, March 20.

The proceedings reflected the beauty of the people who live here and make you proud to be a part of it. Everyone came to hear the candidates. All of them were treated with respect and kindness. The questions asked were informative. The crowd learned a lot of what a county sheriff does and how important that one person is to the well-being of the county’s residents. 

Thanks need to be extended to the Panhandle Republican Women group which organized the event. Without them this would not have happened.
