Tuesday, May 21 is the Primary Election, with county commissioner, sheriff, legislature, and congressional races. The presidential race is not on the primary ballot due to 2023 legislation which removed the presidential election from the primary ballot. Instead political parties in Idaho deciding nominees by way of caucus. Polls are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
