Volunteers needed for flag planting for Memorial Day

BONNERS FERRY — The American Legion is calling for volunteers to help place American flags on veterans’ graves at Grandview Cemetery in remembrance of Memorial Day.
American Legion officials will be placing flags Friday, May 24 at 5 p.m. and will meet up near the pavilion at the cemetery.
Any groups or community organizations interested in helping should contact Junior Vice Chair Robert Rains for more information.
