Proposed changes align the standardized recording of an individual’s name with their verified identity documentation and remove unnecessary and prohibitive language.  39-0341-2401, Rules Governing Traffic Control Devices. Changes articulate portions of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices that Idaho does not comply with to remain in substantial conformance with required federal code.  39-0360-2401, Rules Governing Outdoor Advertising, Accident Memorials, and Other Official Signs. ZBR Rewrite provides for the control of outdoor advertising signs, structures, or displays along the interstate, primary system of highways, and National Highway System roads of the state.  39-0365-2401, Rules Governing Traffic Minute Entries. Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Boundary County code has been set for the Boundary County Planning & Zoning Commission on OCTOBER 24, 2024, at 5:30 P.M. at the Boundary County Annex at 6566 Main St., Bonners Ferry, ID to consider the following:   FILE #24-0119, COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENT & ZONE CHANGE, JOHN & PAMELA MARTLING are requesting a comprehensive plan map amendment and zone change from Agriculture/Forestry to Rural Community/Commercial on a 10-acre parcel and a 46.16-acre parcel. The Agriculture/Forestry has a 10-acre lot size minimum. Uses include: ag/forestry pursuits; single-family dwellings; commercial greenhouses; and produce stands outright; duplexes, multi-family, multi-structure residential; high-occupancy uses; and land intensive uses with a conditional permit. North Idaho Classical Academy  LEGAL NOTICE REQUESTING SEALED BIDS FOR SCHOOL BUS PURCHASE    Pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2806, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Idaho Classical Academy (NICA) is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of three (3) school buses. Bids will be accepted beginning immediately until 3:00 PM on September 20th, 2024, at the school’s mailing address: 147 Emerson Lane, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805. The outside of the package should clearly indicate “SCHOOL BUS BID 2024.” Bids will be opened by NICA administration on September 23rd at 10:00 AM (PST). Interested vendors should contact the Assistant Principal, Maj.
