GoFundMe campaign launched for youth's funeral

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help a local family pay for a funeral after their infant daughter passed away on Aug. 26.

"There are just no words, but I know we are all looking for ways to surround this family," campaign organizer Adrian Teutsch said in a post on the crowdsourcing website.

Teutsch posted that Hadrianna Joy passed away in her sleep, adding the young girl will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

"If any of you knew her for the short time we were all blessed with her presence you would know she was such a ray of sunshine in everyone’s life," she said in a post announcing the campaign. "Please help them remember her in the best way they can. Let us all come together and support them as much as we can."

Teutsch invited the community to leave message of support on the page as well.

Just over $3,500 of the campaign's $10,000 goal has been raised as of Wednesday, Sept. 4.
