War bond reads:
"Kootenai Nation ~ Declaration of War ~ Know all ye that on this 20 September, 1974 that a state of war does now exist between the Kootenai Nation and the United States of America" ~ signed "Amelia Cutsack Trice, Tribal Chairwoman" "Douglas James Wheaton, Sr., Tribal Representative" ~ "Justice-Balance-Liberty"
