NIVBC U14-Desi wins Sandpoint Showdown Tourney
The North Idaho Volleyball Club’s U14-Desi team recently won the annual Sandpoint Showdown Tournament held Saturday, Feb. 1 at both Sandpoint High and Sandpoint Middle School. Out of the 12 teams that attended the tourney, it came down to NIVBC and Snake River Juniors (Lewiston-Clarkston) in the championship match. NIVBC clinched the title with a win in three sets — 26-24, 14-25, 15-6.
