NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Boundary County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 27, 2017, in the County Extension Office Annex Building located behind the Courthouse at 6447 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry, to accept public comment on a proposed Airport Overlay District Ordinance. If enacted, the ordinance would establish height and other development restrictions within the designated zones, and would require applicants for development permits to obtain approval from airport staff prior to submission of the application to planning and zoning. The deadline for written comment and material is 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 20, 2017. Written comment may be mailed to Boundary County Commissioners, P.O. Box 419, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805, faxed to the attention of Commissioners at (208) 267-7814, or emailed to commissioners@boundarycountyid.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
