BONNERS FERRY — On April 19, the Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce held a social event hosted by Mountain West Bank. The events are held quarterly, and this was the first one at the bank.

How can county assess taxes to repay fund?

I don’t understand how the county can assess a tax rate based on the need to repay the 80k taken from the Solid Waste Fund and given to Boundary Volunteer Ambulance.
