Affidavit reveals details of police work done ahead of arrest
Investigators said they used DNA evidence, phone records and surveillance footage to link murder suspect Bryan Kohberger to the killings of four University of Idaho students, according to newly unsealed court documents.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Boundary County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the main courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on a Conditional Use Application 18-084 by David Wood. This application deals with establishing a second residence on parcel # RP63N01E234811A and applies to Ordinance 9B18LOV1 and specifically to Section 15.10.5. Conditional Uses; Section 15.10.5.3. Multi-structure residential. The deadline for written comment and material is 12 PM Wednesday May 9, 2018 (one week and one day prior to the hearing date). Written comment may be mailed to: Boundary County Planning & Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-7814 or emailed to planning@boundarycountyid.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony. SALE OF SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY The Board of Boundary County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the following surplus property: Docks formerly used at the Rock Point (Waterways) Boat Launch. Docks consist of four, 8 foot x 21 foot sections and are made of wood with styrofoam floats with metal connections. SEPARATE SEALED BIDS will be accepted by the Boundary County Clerk, P.O. Box 419, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805 no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time, PST), Friday, June 9, 2017. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the presence of the attending bidders at 10:00 a.m. PST, on Monday, June 12, 2017. The item offered for sale may be inspected at the Rock Point parking lot (at Waterways Building) located on the north side of Riverside Road in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, across from the old mill property. If bidder forfeits claim to the item bid, Boundary County may, at its discretion, offer the item to the next highest bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids found therein. The item offered for sale by bid are to be sold as-is, not necessarily in working condition. Bidder shall be responsible for verifying condition and accuracy of the item description prior to submitting a bid and bring to the County's attention any discrepancy found. Track and Field: Badger girls dominate, relay teams shine
The Bonners Ferry girl track team was a dominated force at the 3A Intermountain League duals, beating out Timberlake 75-71 and Coeur d’Alene Charter 103-42 on Wednesday, April 3 at Timberlake High.
