Badgers boys soccer (14-3-1) are District I-II and Intermountain League Champs and are off to the state tournament and will face no. 6 seed American Falls (13-3-3) today at 2:30 p.m. in Caldwell for the first round of the 3A Idaho State Championship.

CASA plans popular Purse Party fundraiser

If you're looking for a new purse, North Idaho CASA has it in the bag. On Wednesday, Nov. 15, from 4–7 p.m., the Pend d’Oreille Winery Tasting Room will host North Idaho CASA’s annual Purse Party, an event that area residents have been supporting for close to two decades. Hundreds of handbags will be available for purchase, and some will be up for silent auction bid. Appetizers and wine will be available to guests who mingle and shop during the three-hour event, generously sponsored by Finan McDonald and Rhonda Tate again this year.

Extended deadline nears for filing income tax returns

Time’s running out to file your 2022 Idaho income tax return. The Idaho State Tax Commission says taxpayers who qualified for an automatic extension to file must send in their return and full payment by October 16.

New durable RV registration stickers available

The Idaho Division of Motor Vehicles and the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation have created new durable registration stickers for recreational vehicles. The new stickers will be available starting this month for all 2024 RV registration renewals.
