Petition to change Porthill border crossing to pre-COVID hours

Area residents recently launched a petition drive calling on the federal government to return Porthill border crossing to pre-COVID-19 hours citing the economic and social impacts of the reduced hours.

4-H Friday Friends program needs volunteers

Our program is in need of volunteers from our great community. We run every Friday throughout the school year (with the exception of school holidays and snow days) during the hours of 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Boundary County Middle School. The children adore community members popping in to say “hello.”
