NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Boundary County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:30 PM Thursday, May 17th, 2018 in the main courtroom at the Boundary County Courthouse to accept public comment on a Conditional Use Application 18-084 by David Wood. This application deals with establishing a second residence on parcel # RP63N01E234811A and applies to Ordinance 9B18LOV1 and specifically to Section 15.10.5. Conditional Uses; Section 15.10.5.3. Multi-structure residential. The deadline for written comment and material is 12 PM Wednesday May 9, 2018 (one week and one day prior to the hearing date). Written comment may be mailed to: Boundary County Planning & Zoning, PO Box 419, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, faxed to (208) 267-7814 or emailed to planning@boundarycountyid.org. Written comment will be accepted at public hearing provided the material is read into the record. There may be a five (5) minute limit per person on verbal testimony.
