NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR FEE INCREASE RESTORIUM ROOM AND BOARD FEE Boundary County has proposed to increase its Restorium room and board fees for new Restorium residents by an amount of 8.5% over the room and board fees collected the previous year. The purpose of the increase is to help fund the cost of operating the Restorium. These new fees will take effect October 1, 2019. The following schedule is an estimate of what this change may mean to a Boundary County user: Source of the fees Restorium Residents The above proposal will increase the Restorium room and board fees as follows: From To Room with shared restroom $2975.00 $3227.87 Private room with private restroom $3249.00 $3525.16 Double Occupancy $4470.00 $4849.95 Double Occupancy (half room) $2235.00 $2424.97 All citizens are invited to attend the public hearing to be held in the Boundary County Commissioners' Office, located in the Courthouse at 6452 Kootenai Street, Room #28, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and to explain the reasons for the proposed increase of Restorium room and board fees. BONNERS FERRY — The Badgers hosted a cross country event at the Bonners Ferry High School track. The purpose of the event was not only to run a race, but also to raise money to vest Coeur d’Alene Charter in the Youth Endowment for Activities Foundation, which helps small Idaho schools offset travel costs.
