POST FALLS — Despite being shorthanded, the Bonners Ferry wrestling team brought home a first-place finish in the bronze bracket at last weekend’s River City Duals tournament at Post Falls High School.

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment and to explain the reasons for the proposed increase of the rental processing fees.
