(BOISE) – Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra announced today that 104 Idaho elementary schools are being awarded Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program grants to fund healthy and nutritious snacks within the school day.

Avalanche U18 boys pick up two league victories

The Avalanche U18 boys soccer team started the league season on a strong note, defeating the U18 teams of Moscow United and Lewiston United on the road. On Saturday, they defeated Moscow 3-1 on the turf fields of Washington State University, with Andre Zarate and Sebastian Mortimer leading the attack.

The Certified Nursing Assistant program is offered to Bonners Ferry High School students by Boundary Community Hospital in affiliation with North Idaho College. Students receive five college credits in addition to their certification. Congratulations on a job well done and the start of a career in healthcare.
