If you don't like the library, start your own
I suggest the people who have moved into Boundary County the last few years and dislike the public library's material, personal, and board policies start their own private library. You can have only the books and materials you want the members of your community to read and use.

BCSD response to air quality claims
The HVAC system at Bonners Ferry High School did use propylene glycol, as is standard in these heating units, up until June 2020, Boundary County School District Superintendent Jan Bayer wrote in a press release. When leaks in the system occurred, repairs were made.
